Most realistic medical apocalypse novel I've read, believable characters in a fast moving thriller. Surprise ending you won't see coming! Can't wait for the sequel(s).

While I normally do not read Science fiction, this book was one that I could not put down, and has made me want to expand beyond the genres that I have chosen previously. It was a nice blend of the real and fiction told through the use of two stories that provide twists and turns that make you want to read on. The author has provided a descriptive literary work that is very well written.
